In 2020, we hosted our own backyard COVID wedding with our closest family and friends. It wasn't our original wedding vision…it was better! We fell in love with the way an intimate event makes each guest feel valued and special, the level of detail, and the personalized touches. Our wedding was a memorable experience that was truly our own.

The process of sourcing, installing, and tearing down event rentals, was strenuous. While sourcing local rentals, we kept finding the same options over and over again. To create a truly unique experience, we opted for DIYing, Facebook marketplace, and rentals from a few different companies. At the time of the event installation, we recruited our family/friends to help us bring our vision to life. We constantly had loved ones asking where to put things and how to help. It was overwhelming, a ton of work, and took a shockingly long time. Then to boot, our first day as a married couple we spent cleaning up our wedding.
