  • We are a rental company that carries unique, one-of-a-kind pieces you won’t find anywhere else! We love to add new backdrops, lounges, bar and other decor that focus on your event being an fun and cozy experience! Our services make the process from inspiration to day after a stress-free experience.

  • Our 1 day rental covers one full day of use, allowing for convenient delivery or pick-up the day before your event and return the day after. E.g. If your event is on Saturday your rental will be Friday-Sunday

  • We are so excited you want to work with us! You have a few options:

    1. Add the items onto your wishlist here on our website and send it on over

    2. Send an email to hello@reveleventrentals.com with a list of the items you wish to rent.

    3. Fill out a design inquiry form here and after booking we will curate a rental list for you

    From there we will follow up with a call to ensure you receive an accurate quote. When you’re ready to book, sign the contract and send over your 50% non-refundable retainer.

  • For individual/styled rentals, we recommend booking as far as 10 months in advance to ensure your favourite pieces are available. If an item is already booked we will try our best to find you a suitable backup!

    For our custom design clients we recommend booking 6-18 months in advance as we only take on 10 events per year.

    For orders placed <10 days in advance, a 10% rush order premium will be charged to the rental price.

  • We sure do! Relieving logistic stress is what we're all about. We will work with you to determine the type of help you need on site, how long you may need assistance for and the number of people required.

    Please note: we do not design on the fly, our team will style items according to any instructions provided ahead of time and our expertise.

    We offer event layouts to our custom design and a la carte design clients.

  • We typically travel around Southwestern Ontario including Chatham, Sarnia, London, Kitchener, Guelph, Hamilton and everything in between. Check out our service area here.

    Although our warehouse is located in Elgin County, our team always loves a good road trip! When delivering outside Southwestern Ontario there will be a higher minimum order and additional fees to cover the cost of transportation, accommodations and expenses while our team is on the road.

  • You betcha! However, to make sure our rentals stay in top-top shape, we do require delivery/installation for some of our larger furniture and delicate items.

    Our will call pick up and return hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-12pm. Because our team is on the go servicing events on weekends, rental pick up and return are not available. We will confirm pick up and return times via email.

  • Absolutely! We are happy to place any personal items you may have when you book our install/retrieval service with your rentals.

    Typically we will not charge any additional fees, unless we need to bring along extra hands. Please be transparent with us during the booking process and we will do the same.

  • Lucky for you we are constantly adding to our collection! If you are looking for something to incorporate into your event and can’t find it on our site… shoot us an email to hello@reveleventrentals.ca There's also a chance we might already have what you're looking for, as items are often waiting for their headshots for the website.

    We offer custom builds to design clients only.

  • The remaining 50% balance is to be paid 10 days prior to your event. Don’t worry, we will send you a reminder!

  • For will-call orders we do not have a minimum order.

    For delivery orders we set minimums based on event location and whether your event date is during peak or off-season. Please see our service map here for further details.

  • Of course! You may make changes to your order up to 10 days before your event. If the final order is less than the 50% rental deposit, no refund will be issued

  • We automatically charge a 4% (8% for will-call orders) cleaning/maintenance fee for two reasons. First - to provide you with a worry-free experience while rentals are in your possession. And second - to cover the expenses required to keep our rentals in tip-top condition for you!

    This is designed to cover usual wear and tear including candle wax inside candle holders, food/beverage stains, etc. This does not include damages outside of what we consider regular use. For example burn marks, broken items, lost/stolen items, vandalism, tears, and damages from items not protected from bad weather. Repair fees will be charged at cost. For unreturned or items beyond repair the replacement value will be charged.

  • While we wish this didn’t happen, we do live in Ontario, where the weather is constantly changing. Booked rentals will remain booked and we’ll do our best to accommodate your rain plan. Rain plans are required for all outdoor events. We work closely with your event coordinator/day of contact to confirm item placement during installation.
