We will work closely with you to make your vision a reality by drawing on our experience, passion, and creativity. It’s a truly one-of-a-kind wedding service created just for you to relieve rental guesswork and logistic stress, so you can focus on enjoying being in the moment!

We only take on 10 Custom Wedding Designs per year to ensure the utmost care for our clients.

  • WE KNOW OUR INVENTORY LIKE THE BACK OF OUR HANDS, AND WE’LL SELECT ALL THE BEST RENTAL ITEMS FOR YOU

  • YOU’LL RECEIVE A 25% DISCOUNT OFF ALL IBE INVENTORY

  • IF WE DO NOT CARRY INVENTORY TO REFLECT YOUR VISION WE WILL CUSTOM-BUILD OR SOURCE IT FOR YOU - INCLUDING CUSTOM SIGNAGE!

  • WE WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH YOUR WEDDING PLANNER, FLORIST, AND VENUE (IF BOOKED)

  • OUR PROCESS THAT ALLOWS YOU TO FINISH ALL RELATED TASKS 2-4 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR WEDDING DAY

  • OUR TEAM WILL INSTALL EVERYTHING AND TAKE EVERYTHING DOWN ONCE THE CELEBRATION ENDS - INCLUDING ANY PERSONAL DECOR YOU HAVE

the process

1. initial consultation

Let’s chat! By gathering details including inspiration photos, logistics details, your needs, and your overall vision, together, we will tailor the package to suit your needs.

2. conceptualize the design

We work with you to conceptualize the design through colour palette development, renderings, floor plans, and itemized quotes. You'll then be invited into our warehouse to review your event proposal and rental mock-ups.

3. BRING THE DESIGN TO LIFE

This is when the plans come to life! Our team will arrive to ensure your rentals are set to perfection, and repurpose your rentals following your ceremony! While you recover from your special celebration, our team will arrive to take everything down for you

INVESTMENT STARTING AT $7499 (Valued at $8660)

Why does it “start at” at a certain price, instead of being all inclusive? Simplest answer – it’s not one size fits all and there will be additional rentals required for larger rental lists, rain plans for outdoor events or higher delivery costs for farther celebrations. This initial costing is based on an estimated wedding size of 50 guests located within Elgin County. During our initial consultation, we will gather as much information as possible to get you an accurate estimate.

DESIGN SERVICES - $2000 (valued at $2320)

  • Ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception floor plans

  • Renderings for all applicable rental aspects - e.g. Ceremony arch, welcome area, lounge area, bar area, sweetheart/head table, dinner place settings, centerpieces (non-floral), photo area/backdrop, overhead lighting, and more

  • Itemized rental list

  • Design meeting

  • Rental mock-ups

RENTAL ITEMS - $3500 (valued at $4125)

  • Automatic 25% off all IBE rentals

  • $2500 credit towards rental items ($3125 before 25% discount)

  • $1000 credit towards custom build and decor sourcing - including custom stationery

LOGISTIC SERVICES - $2000 (valued at $2215)
